POPULATION: Men and women between 20-35 years old, that have a healthy life, also people who do exercise every day and consume healthy food.
SAMPLE SIZE: 20
OBJECTIVE OF SURVEY: To determine the benefits that come with healthy life that involves, eat health and also do exercise in the people between 20-35 years old
JUSTIFICATION:
The importance of the research about healthy food is to know about healthy lifestyle, also to communicate the people that the exercise is a couple with the nutrition, because do exercise is just 30% while that a healthy nutrition means 70% of the process to improve food habits, Also with the research, do a guide for the people who would like to star with a healthy life based on the people who have a lot of years having that lifestyle and experience, changing and adopting new habits that are easier and effective, because doing a little change in terms of nutrition the results are going to be evident.
Also is important that the population creates healthy habits in their children’s taking in account that childhood is the most important age to learn and adopt that habits for the future years, because is a key age to contribute to growth and development in terms of nutrition, based on seven groups of nutrition taking into account the nutritional contribution of each and which should be consumed to a greater or lesser extent.
In adittion and not less important, the significance that have the healthy food and lifestyle in terms of prevent the diseases that comes with the bad habits, for example the obesity, overweight, that affects all the people no matter the age, so in this case with this research we would like to inform the people about that, promoting and helping them, creating new habits. In our research we would like to interview two people, who have a rich knowledge about the subject that we have, in this case healthy food, with the interview they are going to answer possible doubts and also give us real information about this life style, what changes that generated in their life and how they do to lead a different lifestyle to the majority of people who have unhealthy eating habits.

She is a fitness girl, who do exercise every day at gym, also she practices running, cycling and another kind of sports, also she is the boss of freshii where the people can find a different option to eat healthy food.

- 55% of the people who answer the survey think that is very important eat healthy
- The 42% of the people surveyed, instilled in his children a healthy life style.
-The 100% of the people surveyed think that diet and exercise go hand in hand

WEAKNESS -40% of the people don’t eat healthy at the restaurants because they don’t find -The 30% of the people surveyed is directed to a store to buy healthy foods

OPPORTUNITIES -People who have a healthy lifestyle to prevent cardiovascular diseases, increase the expectation of life, lose weight the healthy way -People who instill healthy food in your family create consciousness and healthy habits that will have a positive impact - The people that complement the exercise and have greater physical and health results
THREATS -People who do not eat healthy in restaurants, they lose the healthy habit that have been carried out in the week -Even the healthy food does not have the true importance in the community and therefore there is little supply and prices are high.
-Most of the people who eat exercise and healthy eating are not clear about a healthy lifestyle, because the majority of people means diet and a healthy life style
- We were able to realize that "we are what we eat.'' depends on what the body receives the person feel anxiety or modify its state of mind by the Food generates hormonal and chemical reactions.
- With this project we found that in Bucaramanga there offer plenty of healthy food so that people would prefer not to include in your diet because of their high cost.
