Receive a $10 weekday lunch voucher when you make an online reservation through booking engines (OpenTable & Chope), and dine at db Bistro & Oyster Bar or RISE ® Restaurant for lunch on weekdays from 22 March 2019 to 17 May 2019. 2. Online reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance and a $10 voucher will be issued upon payment. 3. Limited to one voucher per reservation. 4. This promotion is not applicable on Public Holidays and eve of Public Holidays. 5. Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, damage, expense or liability of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with this promotion. 6. Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice. 7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is final and binding. 8. This promotion shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore with respect to all actions and proceedings arising out of or relating to this promotion. VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Stated value in this voucher is in Singapore dollars for use in Singapore only. 2. This voucher is only valid from Monday to Friday for dine-in lunch at the following participating restaurants (operating hours may vary): Adrift, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, Bread Street Kitchen, db Bistro & Oyster Bar, LAVO Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar, RISE Restaurant, Spago and Yardbird Southern Table & Bar. 3. This voucher is only valid for use on the next visit and payment must be paid through a debit or credit card. 4. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount vouchers. 5. This voucher is not applicable on Public Holidays, eve of Public Holidays and special menu days. 6. Limited to one voucher per table. 7. This voucher is good for use for one transaction only and is not re-useable once it is invalidated by participating restaurants. 8. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash or refunded in part of cash. Any unutilised amount shall be forfeited. 9. This voucher is valid till 31 July 2019. Defaced, damaged or expired vouchers will not be accepted at the participating restaurants, and the vouchers will be considered null and void. 10. Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, damage, expense or liability of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with unauthorised use of this voucher. 11. Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the terms and conditions of this voucher at any time without prior notice. 12.
