The project offers a total of 22 apartments, spread over 6 floors and 3 different types: Ten apartments corner off an area of 204 m2 including terraces. Ten apartments in the middle of an area of 168 m2 and two precious penthouses with an area of 400 m2 including terraces. The concept design of the units reflects the desire to make greater use of the beautiful views. All the rooms are of large dimensions , lighting and ventilation. The ceilings are made of gypsum and in the rooms and public areas have a height ranging from 2.80 to 3.00 meters. Fine finished granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms in coral stone.
