We provide our principals with detailedinformation on dimensional or operationalrestrictions as well as weather conditions andcongestion at Chinese and Korean ports.We coordinate closely with the Master, pilots,shippers, receivers, terminals and local agentsat all the ports we service.For all vessels we manage the rotation planningfor multiple port or berth calls, taking account ofrestrictions and berth availability to ensureoptimized vessel dispatch.We handle the completion of all documentationfor loading and discharging, including vesseland customs clearance. Special attention isgiven to the availability of original Bills of Ladingand Statements of Facts, for example, as well asstrict adherence to cargo dispatch instructions.We offer husbandry services including crewchanges, repairs, delivery of spare parts, cash toMaster ops, and more.
