Maritime Surveillance: less costs,more knowledge, how can we do it?

• EMSA is an institutional service provider of integrated maritime picture as “basic supply”: cooperation based on sharing “input”, not sharing “output”

• EMSA pursues Inter-Agency cooperation• More cost savings can be achieved by pooling resources
