The company was established in 2012 and registered
officially in 2015 with the Ministry of Commerce.
Our team of native Cambodians and expats has a

Managing quality of the survey and its
data is always critical. By using CAPI
software, a lot of concerns can be
addressed with:
1. GPS
2. Voice record
3. Quota monitoring
4. Minimize errors
5. Performance monitoring
CAPI DATA COLLECTION
To insure the quality of data collected, the MRTS uses the QC process below:
All interviewers are recruited based on the following criteria:
Experience in data collection
Personality and appearance
Must be friendly with customers
All interviews will be recorded using CAPI software.
Our QC team will listen to ALL audio files recorded from the fieldwork. If there’s any
mistakes or errors found in the interview, the QC team will report immediately to project
manager who will take action immediately.
The interview will be counted as complete only it is passed the QC team.
All interviews are required to record GPS into our CAPI software
The project manager will monitor closely the progress of fieldwork through direct
communication and data received through CAPI software.

Cambodia for almost 8 years before
he moved to manage his own
business, MRTS, in 2018.
