Do Closings in New Development s
Impact Quar t er ly Repor t s?W hen a new developm ent is com pleted ,
w e often see large am ounts of c losings
happen in a short period of tim e. This can
dram atically skew the quarterly m arket
statistics for a particular neighborhood.
W ith that said , there are also cases w here
new construction units w ere never listed
on MLS and therefore don?t show up in
the report.
