Diane is more than worthy of winning this award because of her results. She did a fantastic job of helping many families realize their dream of home ownership. Diane sold extremely well not only from a trailer, but off a plat and blueprints. There were no roads when we opened for business and there were none of our product offerings within 25 miles of her community. Diane had to sell her buyers two times. She had to sell them on driving a 1 1/2 hour round trip from Pflugerville to San Marcos to view her floor plans and then sell them the house in her community.

Nianne understands the importance of communication and teamwork. She was instrumental in introducing a video email program to our sales representatives to better connect with our customers. She takes the time to train our new sales representative on how to use Lasso, our CRM program and is a cheerleader in all their efforts.

She characterizes her approach as a New Home Concierge as Listen, Learn, Guide. She is often the person “on the front lines” and first impressions count! She is on the other side of a computer screen and phone, but wants our Guests to feel as though they are speaking face-to-face with a real person. Nothing is scripted or planned because each individual has specific needs, wants and challenges. It’s her job to learn what they are, how we can fulfill those needs, overcome their challenges and guide them in the right direction.

Nianne does a great job at starting a conversation and putting prospective homebuyers at ease; Especially since most are first-time homebuyers, many have questions or are misinformed about things like closing costs, down payment, credit score requirements, etc. She listens, answer questions, and dispels common myths.

Christian took on a major challenge with one of our projects last year. It was a full gut remodel that should have taken 10-12 months. The clients had a hard deadline. Once we had plans in hand, the permit process took longer than anticipated. Then we were hit with a sewer tap fee/inspection. All told, we ended up only having 4.5 months to complete the project – from start to finish. Christian took control of the schedule and budget and worked hard to ensure the project was finished on time while exceeding our clients’ quality ex-pectations. At times during the project, Christian had up to 15 different trades crawling all over each other in order to complete the project on time. He was resourceful and creative in completing the task. This is just one example of Christian’s excellent work throughout the year. We are a high-end remodeling company with sometimes demanding and always particular clients and he handles them effortlessly. He consistently brings in our projects on time and in budget with happy clients!

I do this by being a product expert, continuous training on the latest design trends, a positive attitude, and an impeccable work ethic. This has resulted in every Wisenbaker survey for 2018 coming back scored as an excellent – the highest rating possible.
