On.Site Sales Person of the YearWINNER
Diane HartmanPacesetter Homes
Diane is more than worthy of winning this award because of her results. She did a fantastic job of helping many families realize their dream of home ownership. Diane sold extremely well not only from a trailer, but off a plat and blueprints. There were no roads when we opened for business and there were none of our product offerings within 25 miles of her community. Diane had to sell her buyers two times. She had to sell them on driving a 1 1/2 hour round trip from Pflugerville to San Marcos to view her floor plans and then sell them the house in her community.

Online Sales Person or.Team of the YearWINNER
Nianne Van BibberPacesetter Homes
Nianne understands the importance of communication and teamwork. She was instrumental in introducing a video email program to our sales representatives to better connect with our customers. She takes the time to train our new sales representative on how to use Lasso, our CRM program and is a cheerleader in all their efforts.
She characterizes her approach as a New Home Concierge as Listen, Learn, Guide. She is often the person “on the front lines” and first impressions count! She is on the other side of a computer screen and phone, but wants our Guests to feel as though they are speaking face-to-face with a real person. Nothing is scripted or planned because each individual has specific needs, wants and challenges. It’s her job to learn what they are, how we can fulfill those needs, overcome their challenges and guide them in the right direction.
Nianne does a great job at starting a conversation and putting prospective homebuyers at ease; Especially since most are first-time homebuyers, many have questions or are misinformed about things like closing costs, down payment, credit score requirements, etc. She listens, answer questions, and dispels common myths.

Chelsea TimmonsPacesetter Homes
“Chelsea Timmons success in new home sales management drives her to be the best that she can be. She is always looking for ways in which she can improve herself, her team, and Pacesetter Homes. There is a level of excellence in all the work that Chelsea completes. She holds herself accountable to a very high degree. She ran her business as it were her own company while selling new homes and does the same as a Sales Manager. Chelsea simply put, consistently raises the bar for herself and all of those around her. Chelsea has an infectious positive attitude that makes others want to be around her and do their best. Chelsea gets the most out of all of her team as she will find the positives out of less than ideal situations and make a coaching opportunity out of it. Chelsea lives to help her team identify their goals and then pour everything into the sales member to help achieve them.” — Josh Ford - Division Sales Manager

Marketing Professional of the Year .BuilderWINNERAshley RustLegacy DCS
A motivated and innovative young marketing professional. Her talents, from planning and strategy to design and implementation, are not only diverse but also refined as a consummate professional that we love putting in front of our clients and who represents our company’s best first impression. From outside the box thinking to looking for innovative new ways to accomplish the challenging goals she sets, Ashley is constantly pitching new ideas and strategies with each community and launch she takes on. Ashley understands the integral relationship between sales and marketing; this makes her a synergistic asset as she ties the marketing and sales goals together. Planning critical paths and budgets, conducting thorough market research, executing focus groups, and design and implementation of the plan are just a few areas where she excels and no detail goes unnoticed. Ashley sees the big picture but knows that attention to detail is the path to winning. A highly proficient and successful young marketing professional, she is continually learning how to better market to the Austin new home buyer.

Scott Felder Homes
I pride myself on my organizational skills. This helps me distribute tasks and responsibilities fairly and objectively to help streamline efficiency in a job that has numerous moving parts and pieces. In an industry that currently has more hardships and challenges than ever before, I take a calm and practical approach to each situation I face. My decisions are thought through with effectiveness in mind, but more importantly, with empathy for people’s feelings. I take my position of responsibility with full conviction. This is a deadline driven business, bottom line. I would rather run myself into the ground with extra days and lost sleep, than fall short on a commitment, especially to our customer. That reliability and dedication to delivering a home on time, and with the highest quality standards, has a direct correlation with being able to maintain over a 90% satisfaction/referral rate from our customers through a third party Woodland O’Brien survey process. Thank you for considering me for this great honor.

Construction Manager of the Year . Custom Builder
WINNERChristian Bingham
David Wilkes Builders
Christian took on a major challenge with one of our projects last year. It was a full gut remodel that should have taken 10-12 months. The clients had a hard deadline. Once we had plans in hand, the permit process took longer than anticipated. Then we were hit with a sewer tap fee/inspection. All told, we ended up only having 4.5 months to complete the project – from start to finish. Christian took control of the schedule and budget and worked hard to ensure the project was finished on time while exceeding our clients’ quality ex-pectations. At times during the project, Christian had up to 15 different trades crawling all over each other in order to complete the project on time. He was resourceful and creative in completing the task. This is just one example of Christian’s excellent work throughout the year. We are a high-end remodeling company with sometimes demanding and always particular clients and he handles them effortlessly. He consistently brings in our projects on time and in budget with happy clients!

WINNERMatthew SouthwellScott Felder Homes
In this industry where each day is filled with various hardships and challenges, I pride myself on taking a calm and practical approach to every situation. Through a combination of tried and true methods, such as walking homes and taking notes with pen and paper, and a modern approach of utilizing computer pro-grams such as Excel, I have developed a comprehensive organizational system. This system has helped me successfully manage homes in multiple areas with unique features, and complete warranty and post-clos-ing follow-ups to ensure happy homeowners. I have also kept an active real estate license, to stay informed of ever changing markets, customers, and trends. I am proud to state I have been recognized for the fastest build cycle times for the Austin Division in 2016, 2017, 2018, as well as maintaining over 90% customer satisfaction rate through the third party Woodland O’Brien survey process.

Mortgage Industry Professional of the YearWINNER
Renée DamronCLM Mortgage LLC
I encourage everyone to reach for the stars, whether that is being the best teammate, helping clients buy their dream home, or spearheading our community volunteerism for my networking group. My role as a loan officer is so much more than a job for me. I truly have a zest for life and find myself committed to my community and being an active participant in it, through various volunteer avenues such as Habitat for Humanity. Our world is only as big or as small as we choose to make it. My goal in life is to touch the hearts and lives of those I encounter one smile and lending hand at a time.

Jodi BaldwinScott Felder Homes
As a Design Consultant, I get the pleasure of working with new home buyers in aiding them to create their dream. In 2018, I successfully completed the design selections for over 200 homes, with a total in-cremental design revenue of $5,412,587. This resulted in a 197% increase in my design center sales from the previous year.
Even more important to me as a Design Consultant is giving each home buyer a more than exceptional design experience. I do this by being a product expert, continuous training on the latest design trends, a positive attitude, and an impeccable work ethic. This has resulted in every Wisenbaker survey for 2018 coming back scored as an excellent – the highest rating possible.
I am proud that 2018 was a year of tremendous growth in my design revenue as well as for me as a Designer. I successfully added additional responsibly, took on leadership opportunities, helped train new team members, and maintained my goal of delivering outstanding customer service.
