The Apartment Concierge is automatically issued. When your property is initially registered, all of your resident will be activated and sent a “Welcome” email and text message. Every NEW resident that leases a unit from your property will be automatically registered with the service. Your leasing office staff will be given access to a secure, customized web-based
Control Panel. Once logged on, the user-friendly interface lets you activate the concierge service for visitors and additional residents within seconds.
