  • Mr. Pradeep Singh has over 35 years of work experience in government, non-government and private sector organizations, and in academia.Mr. Pradeep Singh is the Deputy Dean and has recently taken over as the CEO of the Mohali Campus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), an institute established in partnership with The Kellogg School of Management, The Wharton School and London Business School. He is also responsible for operationalizing the recently launched four Institutes at ISB dedicated respectively to Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Public Policy. The Infrastructure and Manufacturing Institutes are being established in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the Healthcare Institute in collaboration with the Wharton School, and the Public Policy Institute in partnership with the Fletcher School of International Diplomacy.

    Mr. PRADEEP SINGH

  • In his previous roles, Pradeep Singh served as the Vice Chairman & CEO of IDFC Projects Ltd. and was the founding CEO of IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation (IIDC). He oversaw the development of infrastructure projects in Public Private Partnership formats in collaboration with State and Central Governments in various sectors including Roads, Ports, Airports, Water Supply and Sewage systems, e-Governance, Industrial Parks and Tourism. He has worked in the commercialized infrastructure sector and in the field for 16 Years. From 1978 to 1995, Pradeep Singh was a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and later also served as the Assistant Country Director at CARE India, an international NGO. He has been a visiting faculty member at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and has been engaged in consulting for the World Bank and the ADB.Mr. Singh holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University and was a Rotary International Graduate Fellow at Stanford University USA. He also holds the MBA and M.Sc (Physics) degrees from Punjab and Punjabi University respectively.

In the last several years, he has served as an Analytics and Business Solutioning Expert across CPG, Retail and Financial Services domains providing solutions like market mix modelling, price & promotion optimization, response modelling, risk estimation to name a few.He is also Statistical Advisor to DG Systems, Central Board of Excise & Customs, Ministry of Finance and has been a Visiting Professor in the area of Marketing and Data Analytics with several reputed management institutions in the country. Kamal has been a panel speaker on key National and International conferences addressing issues pertaining to Business Intelligence and Analytics and has also been authoring articles in refereed journals and magazines.

  • Mr. Kamaljit AnandPrior to KIE Square, He has worked closely with several Fortune 100 companies and has played key role in designing solutions, recommending methodologies and implementation for various clients across geographies. Mr Kamal holds a Doctorate from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, where his areas of focus were Retail and Applied Quantitative Marketing. He also holds Masters in Science from University of Delhi.

  • Mr. Vishal SehgalMr. Vishal Sehgal, Head-corporate relations, Metro cash& carry . He is heading the Corporate Relations Function, Government Relations and Public Affairs / Public Policy, Corporate Communications and PR. Mr. Vishal has over 22 years of work experience. He started his professional career as an engineer at Instrumentation limited. Later he joined ICICI bank as a manager in the consulting division. He is also a philanthropist who worked as a program coordinator at Pratham Delhi education initiative an NGO which strives to creating a citizen's movement towards universalisation of elementary education in the country. He also worked as an Independent consultant for a brief stint of time before joining the Metro group.

  • Mr. Vishal SehgalHe has over 22 years of work experience. He started his professional career as an engineer at Instrumentation limited, after working there for 3years 11 months he joined ICICI bank as a manager in the consulting division. He is also a philanthropist who worked as a program coordinator at Pratham Delhi education initiative an NGO which strives to creating a citizen's movement towards universalization of elementary education in the country. In the year 2001 he worked as the chief manager at the ICICI bank. From 2006-07 he worked as an independent consultant just prior to joining the METRO group.

  • Mr. Vishal SehgalHe did his masters in public administration/international development from Harvard University, prior to that he also studied at MIT. He is also an electronics and electrical engineer from Punjab engineering college, after that he did his MBA from Punjab university specializing in finance.

    Life for marketers used to be simpler. We had just a few TV channels, a few radio stations, a handful of top magazines and a newspaper or two in each market. Reaching consumers was easy, if you were able to craft a compelling message, you could move product.Now weve got a whole slew of TV channels, millions of websites and thousands of apps. What used to be a matter of identifying needs and communicating benefits now requires us to build immersive experiences that engage consumers.Having a sound marketing strategy in place can lead to increased revenues, reduced expenses and higher profits. There are several important aspects to a marketing strategy which shall be discussed in this session.

  • Mr. Amit MaheshwariMr. Amit Maheshwari who is presently the Director Marketing & Strategy for UTC Climate, Controls & Security India has over 18 years of experience in the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration industry and has been associated with Carrier / UTC CCS for over 12 years and has held various positions in the company in sales and marketing.Mr. Amit is an engineer and has done his MBA from the IIT, Delhi.   • Ms. Shefali SapraMs. Shefali Sapra has extensive experience in Corporate Communications and Marketing, having worked with PR agencies, Advertising agencies and Corporates, for almost 20 years. She has been involved in the launch of several brands in India (Ray-Ban, Smirnoff and Baskin Robbins, to name a few) and more recently Yakult. She has been instrumental in developing and implementing the marketing and communications strategy for Yakult in India, and was charged with making Yakult a household name. She was recognized among the top 50 brand leaders of India, by Bloomberg and CMO Asia in 2013.

  • Prof. A.P AroraDr A.P Arora has over 30 years of teaching experience in institutes like Indian Institute of Management Calcutta University of Bocconi Milan University of Torino National Institute of Design Ahmedabad University of Allahabad etc.

    He had been India Chair Professor appointed by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs in Management at Lagos Business School.He has also worked in the marketing research industry at senior executive positions. He had been in the board of several organisations such as Calcutta Stock Exchange Indian Institute of Management , Calcutta etc.

  • Mr. Niranjan Khatri Mr. Niranjan Khatri is General Manager of Environment Initiatives of ITC hotels.He Pioneered the concept of eco designing in ITC Bay Island in Port Blair during 1988 to 1992; Travel House in 1992 to 1994 and Land base India Ltd. during 1994 to 1996. He is the ex Chairperson of Sustainable Development Committee of Federation of Hotels and Restaurants Association of India-Western Region and Arunim .On the board of National Trust- an arm of Ministry of social justice.

  • Mr. Niranjan Khatri He has Conducted various sessions for many public/private sector companies like BHEL, CEL, Tata BP Solar, Wipro to name a few .Mr .   • Dr. Sandeep GargDr. Garg has joined Energy Efficiency Services Limited as Head of Energy Efficiency to work on the schemes of GOI for their implementation. Earlier he had worked at United Nation Development Programme as Program Specialist- Energy Efficiency and has been dealing with the UNDP work area on Energy efficiency along with the other projects. In the past he was engaged in the implementation of the National Mission on Enhanced Energy Efficiency and PAT ( Perform Achieve and Trade Scheme), a mission under the Prime- Minister Mission on Climate Change for improving Energy efficiency in Indian Industry. He had previously successfully implemented the Energy Labelling Scheme in the Country through Standards and Labelling and has commenced the labelling program for 14 products and has been working on the area of Transport efficiency including development of Fuel Efficiency norms for vehicles.
