BackgroundQCCU has grown & expanded to many

branches through out QLD. They needed to be taken to the next level to establish further

customers and increase product sales.

This would be done by business review, create a new design, new advertising and

communications and new brand positioning.

First step, A Boom Consultancy Report of multiple QCCU branches was conducted on how the customer “sees” QCCU

and review of the “branch experience” & product communications at branch level.
