• Effective communication skills, including verbal cues and imagery and the use of music in the choreographic process
• How to incorporate musical suggestions with track length and corresponding beats per minute (BPM) for each segment

CORE™ Athletic Conditioning & Performance Training™
• Covers the fundamental principles of training, performance, and proper biomechanical movement from an athletic perspective
• Athletic Conditioning refers to the ‘basic’ skills that athletes need to perform at a high level such as speed, strength, endurance, agility, flexibility and coordination
• Performance Training is more sport specific and hones in on the individual’s role (goalie versus midfielder), the sport and/or injuries of that client
