Marlin Bollinger, CFP, CLU, ChFC, CFS, CASPresident, CEO

Marlin formed The Bollinger Group after spending more than 25 years as a producer,manager, consultant, and corporate officer in the insurance industry. As a Senior LifeSales Vice President for Travelers Life & Annuity, Marlin developed a uniqueunderstanding of the brokerage community. Peter WilsonExecutive Vice President, MarketMaxx

After graduating from St. Bonaventure University, with a BA in Marketing andFinance, Peter went on to serve in the Peace Corps in the South Pacific. Uponreturning, Peter started his journey in the Insurance industry as a career agentin 1984 with Connecticut General in Detroit, Michigan.

"I've been so fortunate in my career to work in all phases of our industry. Beginningmy education with work at one of the best career agencies, learning what really

matters most. Then becoming a successful independent agent, working with multiple carriers. Gettinginvolved in the bank channel in its infancy stage and completing the cycle as both a regional andDivisional Vice President of sales for two top five carriers.

This ingrained in me a very basic premise, no matter where you are in any of these positions, the enduser, the client, is always the focus. By continually looking for solutions to solve problems, they will alwaysbe taken care of.

The opportunity to continue this philosophy here at MarketMaxx is the most exciting thing I have everbeen involved in. I look forward to bringing our philosophy and innovation to you and your customers".

In his 4th year he started his own boutique Financial Services company, Wilson & Associates. Itsarea of expertise was Estate Tax Planning, Buy and Sell agreements and Charitable Giving. Thebusiness was sold after 14 years and Peter relocated to Charleston, SC where he helped start thelife insurance channel in First Union Bank. As MONY of New York was launching its brokeragedivision, Peter was recruited to help get that venture started. A few years later MONY waspurchased by AXA where Peter went on to be a Divisional for them. After a successful stay there hewent on to be a Vice President of Sales for AIG, where he worked for three and a half years beforejoining MarketMaxx as Executive Vice President.

Andrew YskaVice President - Annuity Sales, MarketMaxx

Andrew joined the Bollinger Group in 2007, following his graduation from theUniversity of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Management.Working with our Vice President of Marketing, Andrew quickly developed a firmunderstanding of insurance marketing and life and annuity products.

As Annuity Sales Vice President for MarketMaxx, Andrew is responsible for themarketing of our portfolio of annuity, final expense life, and hybrid long-term-

care products.

“Working with the right IMO, independent insurance advisors can provide the necessary planninginstruments for their clients, while reaching their own production goals. By providing the highest qualityof consultation and service, we afford our advisors more time to focus on the value proposition theydeliver. Jeffery S. Dressel, CLU, ChFCSenior Vice President, Life Sales

Following his 1985 graduation from Dominican University with a BA inEconomics and Business Administration, Jeff entered the life insurance industrywith a career life company in Chicago, receiving recognition as the top rookieagent. After 5 years of continuous high performance, he was selected to developa brokerage operation, focusing on the estate planning market and the newsurvivorship life products. In 1994, Jeff was recruited by a national brokerage

agency to relocate to Florida. His focus was to help representatives of national wirehouses to selllife products to their estate planning clients. A few years later he took the position of Regional VicePresident for the Southeastern U.S. with a major Mutual Holding Company.

“I enjoy working in an industry that is constantly evolving with new products and new marketing concepts;it is a real motivator for me. Helping experienced industry professionals in the sale process byimplementing new products and concepts adds value to the relationship and leads to profitability forboth parties. ”

Jeff is tireless in his efforts to bring unequaled service to the independent producers with whom heworks. While maintaining impeccable ethical and professional standards, he helps producersgenerate additional revenue by providing them with state-of-the-art marketing and productresources. He is a true team player with producers and their staffs. His background in both retailand wholesale operations gives him an advantage that he brings to his professional relationships.Jeff is active in the Society of Financial Service Professionals where he served as the Tampa BayChapter President for 2004-2005. He is also a member of NAIFA. He lives in Tierra Verde, Floridawith his wife and two children.

Victor G. GriecoSales Vice President

Vic brings more than 20 years of insurance brokerage experience to TheBollinger Group. Shortly after graduating from Bentley College in Waltham, MAin 1985 with a BA in Accountancy, he relocated to South Florida. Recruited by thepremier disability firm in the country; Provident Life and Accident, Vic’sinsurance brokerage career was off and running. Transitioning into lifebrokerage, the crux of Vic’s experience has been with firms that include John

Hancock , Life Brokerage Corporation/Transamerica, BISYS/CRUMP and The Producers GroupAdvantage.

“Doctor Grieco” was a nickname extended to me several years ago by a very well respected broker whoadmired the way I laid out a perfect game plan for him to go out and sell a significant case. Vic is past President and Treasurer of GCAHU: Gold Coast association of Life Underwriters. Vic andhis wife Mary Kay reside in Wellington, Florida. They enjoy time with their family, friends and twodogs (our kids). Enjoy cruising together on their Harley Davidson’s. And you might even find Victickling the ivories to one of his favorite Billy Joel tunes.

Gregg SimonsenMarketing Vice President, The Bollinger Companies

Gregg joins the financial services industry with an impressive 40+ year career inmedia and marketing. In addition to spending his early years in radio sales andannouncing, Gregg devoted several years of his impressive career as NationalAccounts Manager for a major retail marketing and promotion company.

In that capacity he was directly involved in account development, campaignconception, and project implementation. Many of Gregg’s clients used their

campaigns to leverage their involvement in motorsports (NASCAR, American Le Mans Series,IndyCar, and NHRA). Working with CBS Radio Sports, Gregg served as Executive Producer of thenetwork’s “Focus on Racing Radio” program and served direct accounts like Mobil 1, Michelin,O’Reilly Auto Parts, Target, Porsche, Pirelli USA and many others.

“In the earliest days of my marketing career I worked for a small town radio station, interacting with thesmall businesses on ‘Main Street’ – small businesses that are the foundation of any community. I grew toappreciate what they do and the contribution they make every day.

“In a way, I feel like I’m back on Main Street.
