Institutes are in need of a common platform for all the activities and information sharing with students in the way students will not miss things! The apps made by us, will be aiming to a common platform for all the facilities and data base management personalized to universitys requirements

What about schools ?? They even need an online admission platform!

Goal of Sked

Task 1: Making prototype and market study by using the prototype in IIT Madras in collaboration with IIT Madras!Should take 3-4 months by a team of 5 to design and make 1st app

Task 2: Using the first model to study marketAnalyzing the needs and want on feedback and survey after one month of release

Task 3:Use the success of model on IIT as marketing strategy and to reach out customers

Marketing Overview

Strategy Customers: All universities & schools are in need of a common mobile platform to communicate with students and parents, every one can not afford PC expenses but most of them have smart phones Number of smartphone users are increasingIn the growing trend of technology and smart phonesPeople are more comfortable using mobile applications than PCInstitutes are in need of such platform to keep students and parents updatedUniversities are competing in terms of facilities provided and transparent system Schools are moving towards online admission process and parents want regular daily information about childs activity and performance.

Pricing StrategyThe price will be charged per student basis INR 400-500/year or $ 6 8/ year which will not be burden for students and facilities in comparison to so many facilities

It will not be a burden on institute also as it will be charged per students

Value propositionLooking at gaps in communication and common platform building which is desired by students and parents. It can be a valuable product as it will help parents and students to get steady information at a single platform and daily updated!

Working prototype at IIT Madras campus will be a marketing example for positioning. The survey by students and IIT Madras will help to promote the application and provider more
