It is web-based hosted CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solution for small and

medium enterprises

A complete automated system to handle all the operational aspects of the sales oriented

The Process – Normal User

• The user logs in with his username/password.

• Clicks on the “Prospect” to list of prospects

3

• Click on “Follow-ups” to view today’s follow-ups

4• Click on Customer to view customer list

5• Clicks on MIS to view various reports

The Process - Admin User

1• The Admin user logs in with his username/password.

2• Clicks on the Admin tab to add product categories,

products and users in the system for once

• Clicks on the Message tab to configure the e-mails or SMSs he wants to send to his prospects/customers at various trigger points

4• Has to right to delete any record whether prospect,

customer or receipt

5• View deviation reports of the other users
