We are pleased to present the annual report for 2013 which will review the years
performance against budget plans, profits/losses and the overall direction of the company.
We have the potential for further growth over the long term with the opening of a new
shop in over 7 years. The prolonged stagnation in global stock markets and down trends
in consumer spending has been a challenge but strategies in new marketing and positive
investments have restored Marshall’s profit strength. With strong focus and continued
transparency in projects and investments the company should look forward to another
successful year in 2014.

Overheads
The damages incurred in this years figures were mainly due to a recall on
product MARSH2061 where the in-house stock had to be destroyed. This one-off
problem has been rectified and resolved efficiently.

We are predicting a slightly higher profit for 2014 based on the steady growth
over the last 5 years with the small but significant growth in global markets and
the extra revenue created by the new retail spaces in 2013.
