Martek’s commercial relationship with UBS has spanned most of the last decade and has resulted in the completion of a number of very successful projects.

Most recent is The Deli at No. 1 Finsbury Avenue in the City if London. Designed by Fergus Stapleton of Ferro Design, the completed project is an inspired testament to great design providing all of the benefits of visual impact and operational integrity.

Required to reflect the variety of uses the facility would be put to on a 24 hour basis, a number of areas were developed to include rapid snack - “Grab & Go” food and beverage service and a fuller menu offering. A range of vending options have been incorporated including ATM cash machines, an Internet Café for free time surfing and a number of plasma screens displaying 24 hr news broadcasts, financial data and special events.

All finishes were of the highest specification, with Corian surfaces throughout, special effects lighting from Lumino and Dal Souple flooring. A particular feature of many of the serveries was the incorporation of bespoke display systems all manufactured by Martek.
