Stripe Garter Stitch TrimSide Edgings [both alike]Using 4mm (US6) needles cast on 13 sts with BAlways twisting yarns together at right hand edge of work when changing colour and by passing the darker colour over the lighter colour, cont in stripe garter stitch pattern as follows:-Row 1 [RS]: Using B, KRow 2: Using B, KRow 3: Using A, K

Row 4: Using A, KThese 4 rows form the stripe garter stitch pattern.Cont to rep these 4 rows until work, when slightly stretched, fits up one entire side [long] edge of blanket and ending on a 1st pattern row, WS facing for next row:-Next row [WS]: Using B, cast-off knitwise [on WS]Repeat for opposite side edge.Slip stitch or mattress stitch side edgings into place

Top EdgingUsing 4mm (US6) needles cast on 13 sts with B.Cont in stripe garter stitch pattern until work, when slightly stretched, fits along entire top edge of blanket and across both short ends of side edgings and ending on a 1st pattern row, WS facing for next row:-Next row [WS]: Using B, cast-off knitwise [on WS]Slip stitch or mattress stitch top edging into place.

Kraus rechts gestreifte UmrandungSeitl Ränder [beide gleich]13 M mit Ndl Nr. 4 und Fbe B anschl. Die beiden Fäden werden am rechterhand liegenden Rand verkreuzt, dabei liegt der dunklere Faden über dem helleren Faden, wie folgt kraus rechts str:

R 1 [Hinr]: Mit Fbe B re str bis zum Ende.R 2: Mit Fbe B recht str bis zum Ende.R 3: Mit Fbe A rechts str bis zum Ende.R 4: Mit Fbe A re str bis zum Ende. Diese 4 R bilden ein kraus rechts gestr Streifenmuster und werden fortlfd wdhl bis der Streifen, leicht gedehnt, an eine Längsseite der Decke passt, enden mit R 1 des Musters = Hinr.Nächste R (Rückr): Mit Fbe B alle M re abk.Die Umrandung für die 2. Seite genauso str. Beide Blenden festnähen.

Obere Blende13 M mit Ndl Nr. 4 und Fbe B anschl.Im Streifenmuster str, bis die Blende, leicht gedehnt, an den oberen Rand der Decke und über die oberen Ränder der seitl Blende passt, enden mit R 1 des Musters = Hinr.Nächste R (Rückr): Mit Fbe B alle M re abk.Die Blende am oberen Rand festnähen.

Untere Blende13 M mit Ndl Nr. 4 und Fbe B anschl.Im Streifenmuster str, bis die Blende, leicht gedehnt, an den unteren Rand der Decke und über die unteren Ränder der seitl Blende passt, enden mit R 1 des Musters = Hinr.Nächste R (Rückr): Mit Fbe B alle M re abk.Die Blende am unteren Rand festnähen.
