- There aren’t enough passengers using the transportation systems.- The station are not appealing nor are they spacious enough.- There are not enough people using it.- The Metro Link is not extended enough, in other words the destinations are very limited, as well as stations scattered everywhere.- Some of the bus routes are currently closed.- The buses cause air pollution. The Current buses are bad for the environment (The are not eco-friendly and sustainable to our planet!!! :C)

- Moving transit forward would help mitigate congestion and pollution.

Statistics

-Our transportation needs produce 30% of all carbon dioxide gas emissions. One sure way to cure this is through the use of public transportation. - Public transportation produces 95% less carbon monoxide and nearly 50% less carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide per passenger mile than a private vehicle does.- It is generally 79% safer to take a bus rather than driving your own vehicle and 40% of the U.S dependency on foreign oil would decrease if only 1 out of 10 Americans took public transportation.

-59 percent of survey respondents would prefer to see improvements in the public transportation system to ease traffic congestion. -These improvements would include upgrades to train and bus systems, which will make walking and biking both easier and safer.
