il SiSTEMA MASTER: le porte

Il sistema MASTER permette di scegliere la porta blindata

secondo specifiche esigenze e secondo i gusti personali del

cliente. Gli elementi principali della porta possono infatti

essere composti e modulati per creare la propria porta.

La prima sezione di questo catalogo è dedicata ai modelli di

porta che si differenziano in base alle caratteristiche tecniche

e all’appartenenza ad una determinata classe di resistenza

antieffrazione.

Installare una porta blindata - o più precisamente una porta

antieffrazione - all’ingresso della propria abitazione è già

un’ottima difesa contro gli attacchi esterni di malintenzionati

e ladri. Affinché sia veramente efficace nel proteggerci, una

porta blindata deve essere scelta in base a determinati criteri

e occorre conoscere quali sono le caratteristiche e gli elementi

di sicurezza che si possono trovare nelle porte blindate, in

modo da scegliere la più adatta alle proprie esigenze.

Una porta blindata è costituita da alcuni elementi specifici basilari:

La serratura di sicurezza, le lamiere interne

external reinforcements, the anchors embedded in the

masonry and the stiffening ribs are the elements that ensure

È importante scegliere la porta MASTER tenendo conto della sua

resistenza all’effrazione. Le porte Master vengono classificate

secondo gli standard definiti dalle normative europee UNI

ENV 1627 - UNI ENV 1628 - UNI ENV 1629 e UNI ENV 1630

che determinano i livelli di resistenza all’effrazione, attraverso

specifici test di carico statico, carico dinamico, attacco manuale

e simulazione delle azioni più comunemente adottate dallo

scassinatore per entrare nelle abitazioni.

Oltre alla sicurezza antieffrazione in base alla classe di appartenenza, le

porte MASTER offrono alte prestazioni per un miglior confort abitativo:

PERMEABILITÁ ALL’ARIA (UNI EN 1026 – UNI EN 12207): è la •

caratteristica di una finestra o porta chiusa, di lasciar filtrare aria

nel caso di una differenza di pressione tra l’interno e l’esterno.

RESISTENZA AL CARICO DEL VENTO (UNI EN 12211 – UNI EN 12210): •

è la capacità di un serramento, sottoposto a forti pressioni e/o

depressioni, come quelle causate dalle raffiche di vento, di

mantenere una deformazione ammissibile, di conservare le sue

proprietà e di salvaguardare la sicurezza degli utenti.

PRESTAZIONI ACUSTICHE (UNI EN ISO 140/3 - UNI EN ISO 717/1): •

è la propiretà di un serramento o porta chiusa di impedire o di

mitigare il passagio del rumore da un ambiente all’altro.

TRASMITTANZA TERMICA (UNI EN ISO 10077/1 e 10077/2): •

il coefficiente di trasmittanza termica (Ud) indica quanta energia

(calore o refrigerazione) disperde il serramento attraverso la

propria superficie.

TENUTA ALL’ACQUA (UNI EN 1027 – UNI EN 12208): è la •

capacità di impedire infiltrazioni d’acqua sotto l’azione di una

pressione differenziale tra interno ed esterno.

Una volta scelto il sistema porta tra le combinazioni proposte, è

necessario definire quale aspetto si vuole conferire al prodotto.

La seconda sezione di questo catalogo è dedicata ai pannelli

di rivestimento della porta: elementi modulari e modulabili per

vestire la struttura della porta ed armonizzarla con l’ ambiente

in cui è inserita.

I pannelli di rivestimento per porte blindate MASTER devono essere

scelti considerando gli agenti atmosferici a cui saranno esposti:

pannelli per interni•pannelli per esterni protetti•pannelli per esterni•

Per questo motivo ad ogni pannello di rivestimento è abbinato

un simbolo che identifica il tipo di installazione consigliata.

NB: I pannelli di rivestimento hanno una pura funzione estetica, non hanno alcun ruolo nell’incrementare le prestazioni di sicurezza della porta.

Il sistema di chiusura di ogni porta è il segreto che la rende

affidabile. Su molti dei modelli di sicurezza Master è possibile

scegliere tra diversi tipi di serratura allo scopo di personalizzare

la porta a seconda delle proprie esigenze di protezione.

Tutte le serrature sono collaudate e soddisfano i più alti requisiti

richiesti dalla Bozza di Norma Europea UNI EN 12209:03.

choose among different types of lock in order to customize the

door according to your security needs. All locks are tested and

meet the highest requirements of the Draft European Standard

Uni En 12209:03.

In caso di smarrimento delle chiavi è possibile cambiare la

cifratura della serratura in ogni momento e cambiare le chiavi

senza smontare la serratura o parti di essa, per un numero

illimitato di volte (CAMBIO FACILE).

Questo procedimento viene effettuato la prima volta al termine dei

lavori di cantiere, escludendo ogni chiave usata in precedenza.

Cylinder lock “C”

The key is smaller and lighter than a conventional double

bit key. Thanks to the gear mechanism, the effort of

key rotation is reduced to a minimum. The lock is also

specially designed to allow the connection of additional

bolts that do not alter the lightness of the operation.

MASTER TECHè dotata di una serratura elettronica che al tradizionale funzio-namento “a chiave”, sempre disponibile anche in assenza di alimentazione elettrica o in presenza di eventuali guasti o danni di natura elettrica o elettronica, abbina la gestione controllata elettroni-camente dell’apertura della vostra porta blindata. La chiusura della serratura avviene in modo automatico non appena la stessa viene accostata.

MASTER TECHit is equipped with an electronic lock. It combines the traditional ‘key wor-king’ (always available in case of power failure or in the presence of any electric or electronic fault) with the electronic opening. The lock closing is automatic, when simply pushing the door.
