Appetite for Life – preliminary results
Food Quality
• Ecology percentage is now 72,9 % in nursing homes with their own
kitchen
• Almost all nursing homes have
completed a 2 year course in food quality:
”Køkkenløftet”
A good meal…
• A new service for home-care-clients has been developed: Food
pass/voucher
• Instrument for self-evaluation and local
food- and meal guides have been implemented
on nursing homes
