Design Principles

This sections sets out the design principles developed for the masterplan which should be adhered to in the development of individual plots and buildings. They provide a design framework which sets quality standards and gives design coherence to the regeneration of Speirs Locks as it is developed over time whilst allowing an appropriate degree of variety, flexibility and innovation which will enhance the creation of a vibrant place.
