Vintage Pallet I have chosen a vintage pallet for my magazine, I have done this due to the fact that this is the style of not only my photos but my artist. Her music is based around solo guitar which is a more vintage and less popular style at this time. Furthermore she is not looking as many to flaunt herself or her body gaining fans due to her looks, rather attempting to be personable to all audiences. Vintage at this time is also extremely trendy meaning it is appealing to readers.

The main effect of this masthead is that of the slash which splits the text. It is cleverly done in order to not disrupt the reader from recognising the brand while at the same time incorporating word play.

Interestingly as seen previously a logo is incorporated within the letters, the ‘O’ of Rock being replaced with fire which is often associated with the genre. The text is large in order to make it easily readable.

Again a white background is used to contrast to the text, HUB is based on a white background white The is contrasted with a black background. In this way both are easily readable.
