Dovendo assecondare l’esigenza del cliente di avere due tipi di carde farmaceutiche abbiamo ricondizionato entrambe:le foto sopra mostrano una carda a placche cardanti che accoppia l’esigenza di qualità a un elevato livello di produzione;la foto qui sotto invece mostra una carda a cilindri cardanti che produce quantitativamente meno prodotto garantendo però una qualità superiore rispetto alla carda a placche cardanti che permette di ottenere fibre più distese.
Having to satisfy the client’s need to have two types of pharmaceutical carding machines we have reconditioned both:photos above show a carding machine with carding plates which couples the need of quality at a high level of production;The photo below shows instead a carding machine with carding rolls producing quantitatively less product but guaranteeing a higher quality than the plates carding machine that allows to obtain fibers more stretched out.
Nell’impianto sono state utilizzare apposite guarnizioni trattate chimicamente per evitare ogni tipo di alterazione del materiale lavorato.
In the plant we have used special seals chemically treated to avoid any kind of contaminations of the processed material.
