Open the LabVIEW Environment.

Block Diagram>> Right Click>> Mathematics>> Scripts &Formulas >> Formula
Node. Right Click on the borders of the Formula Node to add input and output.
Write the program inside the formula node.
Connect the controls, indicators and the node using wires.
Save and run the VI.
