Matil Material Test and Inovation Laboratory Inc. has been established in order to perform activities in
vocational and technical education fields with R&D, inovation, accredited testanalysis, product compatibility
evaluation since end of 2012.
Established to today, MATİL Inc. which creates awareness with sectorial works to organize, perform
activities in order to increase in competitive power and continuing sustainability of steel sector.
Steel Test and Research Center which established by our company is to be national laboratory to represent
with independent and objective services ;also, to supply with international test services to sector and to
execute for global scale studies in scope of R&D and inovation studies not to depend on any corporation and
association. Matil Inc. aims at contributing to development for related sectors while technological solution
are represented for all metals in particular to steel by means of getting into a partnership with independent
product certification and compatibility evaluation corporations.

POLICY OF LABORATORY
MATİL Material Testing and Innovation Laboratories Inc. As a laboratory, our policy is to present the test
/ analysis services applied in metallic and nonmetallic materials in a timely, error-free and reliable man-
ner by demonstrating good professional and technical practices and fulfilling the requirements stipulated
by the test / analysis method.
Test / analysis services use national and / or international standard test / analysis methods and valida-
tion studies are made in case of changes in test / analysis methods.
For this purpose, a Quality Management System in accordance with TS EN ISO / IEC 17025 was es-
tablished in the laboratory and the documents stipulated by the standard were published and put into
practice. It is imperative that all laboratory staff learn these documents and conduct test / analysis work
in accordance with the policies, procedures and principles set forth in these documents.
The goal of our laboratory is to prevent customer complaints with the help of cooperation with cus-
tomers, to fulfill customer expectations, and therefore to do all necessary work to increase customer
satisfaction. Impartiality, independence, honesty, confidentiality, reliability and quality are the basic
principles of our laboratory.
