Click browse

After you have done these basic steps and you have clicked browse fine the file you wish to add then click open and then on the email

click done then save. When you click send now it will show to the receiver

as an attached file

Email Etiquette

1.Make sure you have an appropriate e-mail address2, always prof read all of the e-mail and do NOT use slang

3, always get to the point quickly and set the tone correctly do NOT use caps lock as it may seem that you are shouting 4, always start an email with a warm greeting

5, most importantly remember you manners always use pleases and thank you when asking for some on to help you

I have now sent an email to my group about email Etiquette and CC another person with this email.

I have set up an signature so all the messages I send will have my name and my email at the bottom of them.

I have now set up an out of office reply so if I am unavailable an email will still be sent in reply.

I have now archihved some emails, this will keep theses emails only it will keep free space in my inbox for new mail.

I have now created a folder called “IT group” and changed the colour of it to red so all new messages I receive from this people will be put staight in to this folder and labeled it red.

If internet unavailable then contact network administration or slow down the usage of browser or restart operation system

Unable to send emails No internet connection or exceeded usage limits

If internet unavailable than contact network administrations or contact email service provider with the problem

No networks available No near routers on wireless system or ethanet cable not inserted

Consider moving system closer to router o0r check that the internet cable is inserted
