THE ANNEXES

Linked to the property yet also with their own separate entrances are two annexes offering spacious, flexible, accommodation. Annex One comprises a good sized

SITUATION

Green End Farm is situated just over a mile from the village of Maulden with a village hall, primary school, church and two pubs – The White Hart and The Dog and

Badger. The larger town of Bedford lies 10 miles north and offers a wide range of amenities and recreational activities. There are good transport links with the A6

linking to the motorway network. There is an excellent commuter service from Bedford to London St Pancras in just under 40 minutes. There are a number of well

regarded schools in the area including Maulden Lower School, Redborne Upper School and Community College and Alameda Middle School.

Maulden is surrounded by arable land and rolling pasture hills which offer great walking, cycling and riding. There are a variety of top class equestrian centres

nearby which include premier show centre Bury Farm, 18 miles, Milton Keynes Eventing Centre, 21 miles, with superb cross country fences, Keysoe Equestrian

Centre, 22 miles and Addington Manor 25 miles away, holding affiliated and unaffiliated shows. Hunting locally is with The Oakley Hunt and Oakley North and

Oakley West are two well supported Pony Clubs.
