Happy New Year!Good-Bye 2012, HELLO 2013! We had a record number of sales for both homes and condos in 2012. The median price for single family homes ending November 2012 was $640,000 and $325,000 for condos. According to days on the market, we saw a faster pace than October with 29 days for single family homes and just 22 days for condos.
