Maurizi is the result of a long history of craftsmen born in the forties when Mr Luigi Maurizi began the production of bags and chests in wicker.Later on Maurizi’s sons introduced new materials such as rattan and bamboo, suitable for producing outdoor furniture.

The small Maurizi’s workshop grew a blooming company by augmenting the number of employees and co-workers turning this way Mogliano town into a craftmade pole of wicker weaving.

Currently run by the third generation of the Maurizi family, the company is present, with the contribution of sales agents, on the European and Middle Easter markets with not only the traditional production of rattan and wicker furniture, but also with an outdoor furniture in synthetic fiber weaved on aluminium frame.In the current outdoor furniture world, Maurizi represents the benchmark for a modern target addressed to craftsmade products of a very high quality.

Maurizi è la continuazione di una storia artigiana che affonda le proprie radici negli anni 40 quando Luigi Maurizi iniziava la produzione di borsette e cesti in vimini.Con l’arrivo dei figli nel piccolo laboratorio si introdussero nuovi materiali quali giunco e bambù, adatti a produrre mobili da giardino e complementi d’arredo.Di lì a poco Maurizi cominciò ad espandere i propri mercati, aumentando il numero di collaboratori e dipendenti tanto che, nel paese di Mogliano, Maurizi contribuì alla creazione di un polo artigianale dedito all’intreccio del vimine.Oggi l’azienda, arrivata alla sua terza generazione, si estende su un’area di 10.000 mq. di cui 3000 coperti; è presente con agenti diretti sul mercato europeo e mediorientale ed affianca alla tradizionale produzione di mobili in rattan e midollino, una collezione di mobili da giardino intrecciali in fibra sintetica su struttura portante in alluminio. Nel panorama attuale del mondo dell’arredamento da esterno Maurizi rappresenta il punto di riferimento di un pubblico evoluto, alla ricerca di un prodotto caratterizzato da lavorazioni artigianali e di alto contenuto qualitativo.

BackgroundStoria

Gli arredi della collezione MAURIZI GIARDINO sono prodotti direttamente nei propri stabilimenti indonesiani, sotto la supervisione di personale italiano in loco. Tutti i prodotti sono realizzati in fibra sintetica intrecciata su strutture portanti di alluminio verniciato a polveri epossidicheLe caratteristiche tecniche dei materiali utilizzati, fa si che essi possano essere utilizzati in ambienti esterni in tutte le stagioni.Acqua, pioggia, acqua salata, cloro, raggi UV non danneggiano né scoloriscono in alcun modo i prodotti della linea “MAURIZI GIARDINO”Per la confezione dei cuscini vengono utilizzati tessuti idrorepellenti della e Sunbrella, leader mondiale nella produzione di tessuti per esterno.La fibra sintetica utilizzata per l’intreccio dei prodotti “MAURIZI GIARDINO”, studiata per essere quanto più possibile simile al naturale, è realizzata in Polietilene, non contiene materiali tossici e può essere riciclata al 100%.Non richiede alcuna particolare manutenzione ed è lavabile con acqua.

Maurizi Giardino furniture are produced in our Indonesian branch under the oversight of Italian staff.

All furniture are weaved by hand using synthetic fibres on aluminium frames varnished with epoxy powder. The technical features of the materials ensure a safe outdoor use during all seasons: water, rain, salted water, chlorine, UV rays do not damage or discolour Maurizi Giardino products.

For the cushion manufacturing we use rainproof fabrics of Sunbrella Company wich is the world leader in the production of outdoor fabrics.Made in polyethylene, the fiber used for the weaving is designed to appear as much similar as possible to natural fibers. It does not contain any toxic component and it is 100% recyclable. Furthermore it does not need any particular care being easily water washable.
