Ford's efficient diesel technology at work under the bonnet,

MaxiCab™ promises superb handing and great economy. Returning

up to 44.8 miles per gallon on the combined cycle, with Ford's latest

2.0 litre diesel engine, you’ll be better off at the end of your shift .

Start/stop technology, an EcoMode information system and service

intervals of 18,000 miles also combine to ensure you’re getting the

Comfort

Comfort levels in MaxiCab™ are second to none. Excellent visibility is

achieved thanks to the raised driving position and wide angle door

mirrors. While a heated driver’s seat with 10-way adjustment, armrest

and lumbar support will help you find your ideal driving position. All

controls are located within easy reach and there are plenty of

storage options too. Add an impressive list of standard equipment,

including front and rear air conditioning and voice activated

connectivity and MaxiCab™ is a comfortable place to be.

Drive

MaxiCab™ combines the performance and reliability for which Ford and

Cab Direct are renowned. A full line up of passive and active safety

features such as Hill Start Assist and Side Wind Stabilisation make use of

the latest technology to protect everyone on board. Cruise control,

parking sensors, automatic headlights, rain sensing wipers and a

quickclear heated windscreen also help to provide an enhanced driving

experience. You can choose between manual or automatic transmission

too.

If you’re looking for maximum people carrying capacity without

breaking the bank, MaxiCab™ offers the perfect solution. This

spacious MPV allows you to carry up to eight seated passengers.

You can choose between the original Ford seats or our specially

developed conference style layout. Where it really excels though

is with the sheer volume of luggage space available - there’s a

whopping 1,447 litres, allowing you to cater for all eventualities.

Access

If it’s an affordable, accessible multi-seat people carrier you need,

MaxiCab™ ticks all the boxes. If you do regular wheelchair work, opt

for our our new BiFold™ access ramp which is stored in an upright

position, flush against the rear quarter panel in the boot so as not to

infringe on the luggage space available. Then, when you need it,

simply release the latch holding it in place and it will swing round

into position, ready to be deployed.
