Started with e-learning to address the needs of our part-time students
We now use it to a similar extent with our full -time students
MWR or streams in a blended learning setting with lots of interaction get the best results in our evaluations
(Lots of other factors equally important, there is no one size fits all solution, new technology every month)
Suggestion :Think through how learning and flexibility can be maximizedBefore deciding the anatomy of a course program
