Managers salaries ranges $28,000 to $35,000 based on experience

In order to head off unionization of our workforce we will:
Have competitive pay and compensation for health insurance benefits (Max's will pay majority of the premium costs)
Provide fair and consistent policies and practices that address common employee concerns (targeting reasons employees would unionize)
Ensure a friendly and safe working environment where no safety hazards are present and worker’s compensation is available upon injury on the job site
Encourage open door management policies for employees to instill trust and gain recognition
Be open to employee referrals. We want to maintain a fun and positive environment where employees can actively get there friends and colleagues in to the workplace
