May 2009 Monthly Market Report

Monthly Highlights• Single-family, detached homes sales increased 4.4% from the previous month. (page 5)

• The average sales price of single-family, detached homes in the SWMLS market area is at it’s highest since October 2008. (page 8)

• The days on market for single-family (detached) homes dropped for the third consecutive month. (page 8)
