May I reflect…

Page 2: May I Reflect...

2

May I reflect ..That no matter how good a friend is,

they're going to hurt me every once in a while and I must forgive them for that.

Page 3: May I Reflect...

3

May I reflect...That with Metta or Loving-Kindness, friendship

continues to grow, even over the longest distance

Page 4: May I Reflect...

4

May I reflect...That I can do something in an instant that will give me

heartaches for life. Let me be always Mindful.

Page 5: May I Reflect...

5

May I reflect...That I should always leave loved ones with loving words..

It may be the last time I see them.

Page 6: May I Reflect...

6

May I reflect...That I am responsible for what I do,

no matter how I feel.

Page 7: May I Reflect...

7

May I reflect...That I need to do what has to be done

when it needs to be done.

Page 8: May I Reflect...

8

May I reflect...That sometimes the people I expect to kick mewhen I am down, are the ones that actually help

me get up again.

Page 9: May I Reflect...

9

May I reflect...That sometimes conditions make me angry,

but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.

Page 10: May I Reflect...

10

May I reflect....That maturity has more to do with the types of

experiences I had and what I learned from them, and less to do with how many birthdays I had celebrated.

Page 11: May I Reflect...

11

May I reflect...That it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others,

I have to learn to forgive myself too.

Page 12: May I Reflect...

12

May I reflect...That my background and circumstances may have

influenced who I am,but I am responsible for who I become.

Page 13: May I Reflect...

13

May I reflect...That two people can look at the exact same thing

and see something totally different, hence may I learn to respect the views of others.

Page 14: May I Reflect...

14

May I reflect...That even when I think that I have no more to give,

when a friend cries out to me -I can find the strength to help.

Page 15: May I Reflect...

15

May I reflect..that the happiest of people don't

necessarily have the best of everything;they just make the most of everything
