The next art show we are excited to announce is called "UntitledArt Collective Presents: The Carbondale Spring." It will be a juriedshow, curated by the members of Untitled Art Collective. It will be

on display from May 4th through June 1st.

The Reception will be held on Friday, May 22nd.

6Pence Artist SpotlightOur first featured artistthis month is SophiaPark. Sophia is aMetalsmith from SIU-C,and makes the loveliestjewelry. We have many ofher earring designsavailable, and they wouldmake a wonderful, locally-handmade Mother's Daygift for someone special.

Our second featured artist is AliceArt by Erin Alice Gray, fromMarion, IL. Her work is great forspring, and is described as "mixedmedia pieces (that) flaunt a feelingof joy, peace and a smidge ofwhimsy." We are pleased to carryAlice Art's small paintings (someare pictured here), tins withdecorative encased lids, andlovely greeting cards in our shop.
