Calvert Markham has worked as an management consultant, initially specializing in HR consultancy and currently he is concentrating on the performance development of consultants and practices. Dr. Artahses Gazaryan * is an expert and trainer in Organizational Development, Strate-gic Management, Quality Management and other managerial issues at the School of Democracy and Administration in Klaipeda, Lithuania since 1994, he is also a Professor at the High School of Finance and Management in Moscow, Russia where he is teaching Problem Diagnosis, Informational Processes, and Strategic Planning since 2003.
