Qualifications The ideal candidate will have an MBA, plus 3-5 years experience in a business development, strategic alliances, management consulting firm or an internal consulting role (or 5+ years of experience in one of these roles in lieu of an MBA). In addition:Experience in the financial services, data analytics, payments, governance risk & compliance (GRC), trading analytics or targeted marketing space is highly desiredAdvanced degree from top-tier institution or experience equivalentProblem solving skills - Candidate must demonstrate the ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations.  Given a strong fact base, candidate should be able to maintain point of view in the face of resistanceAnalytical skills - Candidate must be highly analytical with experience in defining analytical approaches for projects and applying a range of analytical tools to synthesize insights and develop solutionsProject management skills - Candidate must be able to meet commitments and balance competing prioritiesCommunications skills - Candidate must possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills, including the ability to quickly adjust message based on different audiences and agendas

A working knowledge of our competitors.• BA/BS degree in related field (Economics, Finance or Accounting). MBA/CFA is strongly desired• Has, or is willing to obtain, the series 7, 63, and 3 licenses.Competencies

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/traits:• Self-managed, highly driven by relationship management and revenue generation.• Proven intellectual ability and interpersonal skills. Able to establish credibility with and influence the institutional investor community. • Highly effective in forging working relationships with team members and business counterparts.• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.• Strong time management, organizational and problem solving skills.• Strong professional and personal integrity.

OUR REQUIREMENTSTo qualify, you should have a strong business background and a personal history of success. You should be a self-starter, possess unequivocal honesty and integrity and be highly motivated in helping others achieve financial independence. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations are preferred. A background in law, accounting, banking, brokerage or executive management will be particularly useful. An advanced degree or designation (MBA, JD, CFP®, CPA, ChFC) is a plus.
