Remove and replace all fire protection standpipesdown to finished grade and connect to newdistribution system installed on the underside of the2nd floor parking levels.

Maintain parking supply as well as pedestrian andvehicle flow thru and around work/protection zonesso that the garages and the station(s) they serveremain functional for the duration of the project.
Construction to adhere to the Town of BraintreeNoise Level Ordinances.
Allow for the efficient progression of work to facilitatecost efficiency and adherence to a schedule.

Phasing based on limiting the total project parkingspace impact to taking 300 spaces (total project) outof service at any one time with no more than 300 ofthese spaces taken out of service in a single garage.
