Found parcel foods hanging on the scaffold post .Foods that are not stored in food boxes can attract rodents and other animals.

Found unstable platforms which are not properly secured in place.

Poor housekeeping in HVAC equipment areas.

Found some potential fire hazards, such as burlaps ,plastic, and old wooden pallets

Presence of potential tripping and slipping hazards. Scaffolding components must be stored on boxes and not on the ground.

Found Full body harnesses with damage hook, and with out any sign of periodic inspection

Tie knots in lanyards; it reduces the strength by 50%.

Found tools along walkways.

Found equipment with sub standard earthing/grounding
