Then it is their job to make prototypes to fit that need. After tuning up their idea, and making sure it fills their needs, they give the blueprints and instructions for the sneakers to Production.

It is their job to actually make the sneakers. They must affordably mass-produce them and follow the design exactly. Once the sneakers are ready to be sold, it is Marketing’s Job to make people, stores, and outlets want to buy

them. They have to make successful advertisement geared towards their target

audience. They must make people want to wear the sneakers. Also, the production must continue to make sneakers as the need

increases.
