I am a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. I’m also a REALTOR® which means I belong to the
National Association of REALTORS®, the NC Association of REALTORS® and the Rutherford County Board
of REALTORS®. Since being licensed in North Carolina, I have been a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club,
Director with the Rutherford County Board of REALTORS, Chairman of the Realtor's Political Action

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Since 1990, I've called Golden Valley, NC
home and have been involved in the
community. In 1997, at the request of the
community club, I began to work on the
History of Golden Valley. Toward that end I
collected information about the community
and wrote about it. Western Carolina
Communities published my synopsis, the
Rutherford County Historical Society
borrowed it, and Blue Ridge Internet
asked me to contribute to the Rutherford
History Project.
I am one of this area's foremost
cheerleaders and have written a collection
of articles about Golden Valley, Sunshine,
Duncan's Creek, and the Logan's Store
area. You will find some of them at
GoldenValleyNC.com. I have quite fallen
in love with Rutherford County from
Batcave to Bostic. I write a community
newsletter and am a Cherry Mountain Fire
Department Auxiliary Volunteer. I still write
the Golden Valley community blog
