The MConcierge mobile app, has been our flagship product since 2009.
A customizable, skinnable mobile application in iPhone/iPad native format
(available on the App Store) and mobile web format, as well as a complete
administration system for content management and an integrated order
management system. This WebOrderManger system allows guests to order
food and beverage and other hotel services from their mobile device
(on/off-site) MConcierge systems can stand-alone, or integrate to PMS and
POS systems for efficiency and process simplification.
Our latest benchmark achievement GuestDriven - Guest Relationship
Management (GRM), is a comprehensive guest engagement information
system, which leverages transaction history, mobile application usage, social
connectedness, and gamification to give the hotelier a customer profile that
they have never had before, including trends, likes/dislikes, and social
interaction to allow for a more customized guest experience.
