This is it. You have just taken the first step, opening this application.

Almost one year ago I was in your position with a hunger for impact and action. Are youfeeling the same way? Keep reading.

This process is not going to be easy, I will make sure of it, it's going to challenge you in everysingle step, but everything is going to be worth it. I encourage you to start this journey, I dare you

to learn, do more, and achieve more. If you are willing to give a year for serving andchallenging this entity, keep reading.

For sure you are aware how difficult an MCP journey can be. If you have clarity why youwant to continue this process, I promise you any single minute you won't feel just the challenge

but also you will feel blessed for the experience and for the decision that you might take

now. Your actions from now will define how you want to impact the Maltese society, and

the youth in this country. Take your leadership stand with clarity - why are you

starting this journey and how big do you want to see AIESEC in Malta? I wish you a toughand hard ride. Now it's in your hands, heart and mind where you want to go and how far youwant to take AIESEC IN MALTA.

Transition for MCP:

Not mandatory to be in Malta: From 15th March until 30th April

Mandatory to be in Malta: 10th of May until 1st June .

Starting work:

The MC term starts on 1st of July. But it is expected that MC 15.16 start working with the MC 14.15 since 1st

June

MC Office:

Located in Take Off Building - University of Malta. This is a business incubator company who is our

logistical partner; who provide us with an open office space and possibility to book rooms (MC only

and not LC activities). Partnership subject to change.

Access to open spaces in the University and close to restaurants and stores.

MC Flat:

Located in Msida, 15 min by walking from the Office. 2 rooms, one bathroom, 1 kitchen, hot water,

internet and laundry provider. The flat is for 3 persons, the next term should analyse budget and new

internationals that might join the team.

Salaries: For international MCP the salary is Euro 170. For local MCP, depends on the budget.

1. Questionnaire. All questions must be answered. 1 PDF not exceeding a maximum of 15 pages.

2. Strategic Plan: With this framework:

1. Describe how you see the entity in the end of your term and for 2020. Be tangible.

2. Describe the Organizational Culture that you want see and how you are going to achieve it

3. Goal for the next 5 years (per area, per program and year). Timeline for 2015 - 2016

4. Describe your plan with the market penetration (corporate, third and student sector)

5. Implementation plan: Internal Communication Channels and Touch points for your term. Include first 100 days actions

1. What are the Maltese Youth’s common behaviors? What does Maltese Youth Need?

2. What is the type of youth leadership needed in the Maltese society?

3. What is the relevance of AIESEC in Malta for the country AND specifically, the youth? Based on your answer why is this relevant?

4. How would you make AIESEC known for being the “youth leadership provider” based on what Maltese Youth Need?

5. What are the key trends shaping Malta right now in terms of social, political and economic factors? What are the main challenges and opportunities that the country is offering? How can we drive more exchanges through these trends? This question requires in-depth research and data referencing.

6. Summarize your main conclusion from these six questions.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

1. What is the leadership that you envision for yourself in leading the team and entity? What do you need to have this kind of leadership you envision? How would make sure you stick to and live up to it.

2. Which will be your main priorities towards MC Team Management and direction? How will you ensure the right performance and focus?

ENTITY MANAGEMENT

1. How will you work together with and empower EB-SU and NSTs?2. What are the next steps for the entity development path? Consider the current

structure, develop an OD model, expansions, conference cycle and the local structure.

3. Design a SWOT analysis based on the current behaviors and mindset of the entity. Which are the behaviors you want to see in the entity at the end of your term? Present an implementation plan to evolve behaviours and translate these into performance. Explaining channels and touch points.

1. What will AIESEC in Malta remember about the 2015|16 term? Describe which will be the key milestones you commit to strive for during your term. Be as concrete as possible. You may indicate KPIs, MoSs, reach in the market, organizational goals, structures and so on. Don’t limit yourself to just the previous factors.

2. Describe your vision of the future for AIESEC in Malta 2020, related with what Malta needs. Please include but do not limit yourself to organizational goals and relevance in the market.

3. How will you build on the changes implemented by the 14.15 generation? Explain with concrete actions. Include each area in your analysis, processes, internal commutation channels and behaviours.
