March 2-6 is STOMP OUT BULLYING WEEK at MCP! Throughout the week, your scholar will be engaged in activities and
discussions about bullying including how to prevent bullying and how tostand up to bullies in a safe and respectful way. We invite all scholars to join us in BOOTS AND BLUE Spirit Day onFriday February 6, 2020. We want to see every MCP scholar in Boots(Timbs, Uggs, and other boots are acceptable for this spirit day), BlueJeans and Blue Shirts to show our commitment to STOMP OUTBULLYING at MCP (Blue is the official color of the national bullyingprevention movement). Middle School End of Year Trips:
Middle School trips will be here before we know it! In June our 5th/6thgrade scholars will head to Washington DC and the 7th /8th gradescholars will be head to the south on the Civil Rights Tour. These trips are once in a lifetime opportunities that our scholars talkabout throughout their lives, as many of our alumni could share. We lookforward to these real life learning opportunities with our scholars and areexcited for them to have the experiences. Currently, there are still seatsavailable only for Civil Rights - DC trip is full. Please don't miss out on

The spring 2020 election is during Spring Break!
Election day is Tuesday, April 7, 2020, and falls during Milwaukee PublicSchools spring break. If you will be out of town on election day, the Cityof Milwaukee offers early voting or you can request an absentee ballot.
Early Voting is available Monday, March 16 through Sunday, April 5,2020.
