“What have you done today to help you reach your lifelong goals?” -  Brian Tracy

Dear candidate! On behalf of AIESEC in Mexico, I want to congratulate you of taking first step and applying for the leadership role in this entity. Being MCP means for me being the leader of organization, which gathers more than 1500 members in Mexico, being the leader, which takes global decisions affecting more than 124 countries and territories, being a leader who firstly needs to lead him/herself in order to lead others. 11 months has passed since on CONAL AIESEC in Mexico made a decision of who will be the MCP of 14.15 generation. During that time the organization developed rapidly by bringing more leadership and exchange experiences to make our presence in the country more relevant every day. Having the last sprint to fulfill AIESEC 2015 vision is one of the challenges which MCP 15.16 needs to take, but I strongly believe that being part of generation which will create AIESEC 2020 will be a rewarding experience in the journey of my successor. In this booklet you will find the application with the guideline. The application, which no matter of decision of plenary, will change your life. Enjoy the process, prepare yourself for the journey and dream – dream a vision for AIESEC in Mexico which we will all be proud of. Consult, ask question and don’t wait till the deadline will come! But firstly, trust yourself. Keep in mind to “not destroy to create” and build on legacy of soon 52 years of AIESEC in Mexico.

Be brave, be humble.

With all love, Katarzyna Kuchnowska
