will result in the constantly changing shape o! the tower& %ach !loor will rotate a maimum o! one !ull rotation in *+
minutes& The entire tower will be powered !rom turbines and solar
panels" and !i,e other buildings in the ,icinity will also bepro,ided with electricity&
The turbines will be located between each o! the rotating!loors&
They will generate -&. / kilowatthours o! energy !rom themo,ement o! the !loors" and the solar panels will be located onthe roo!&
