MEASUREMENT OF SANITARY FITTINGS

Q.19.1 Unless otherwise stated, sanitary fittings shall

be ENUMERATED and related to specification referred

to in clause Q.1.1.

Usually, it is measured as SUPPLY AND FIX method.

Description shall include the following:

a) Type and quality.

b) Brand name (not for JKR project).

c) Any related accessories.

d) Fixing and jointing method.

MEASUREMENT OF SANITARY FITTINGS Supply and fix the following sanitary fitting from ‘Sime Inax’

or other equal and approved complete with all necessary

jointing and connections to supply, soil and waste pipe and

making good all works disturbed:

Inax C15 washdown pedestal water closet suite to B.S 7620 in

blue vitreous china with ‘S’ trap complete with matching

coloured vitreous china low level cistern, matching heavy duty

plastic seat and cover including plugging and screwing closet to

tiled floor and fixing to tiled wall with approved bracket.
