The Total Mold is a concrete forming system that frames 100% of the buildingelements: walls, ceiling, staircases and other architectonical details.

It is able to produce one, two or up to four housing units with monolithic structuresusing only one mold in a single event and with a very reduced crew.

It is custom made to match any architectonical design and have the capabilityto be converted or transformed into a di�erent project.

It’s 100% reusable and easy-to-use fastening system, alignment and proppingaccessories make it possible to assemble and disassemble the mold on a dailybasis, allowing for unmatched productivity.

Our factory specializes in the design & manufacturing of custom steel, aluminum and plastic formwork andaccessories for the integration of our construction systems. Since our systems are tailored to each project, Meccano has developed its own custom design software in orderto be able to manufacture the molds to the most exacting standards and following every single detail of thecustomer’s architectonical drawings for any given project.The manufacturing process is according to top-of-the-line production standards and by using automated weldingand cutting robots, CNC machines and conveyor belt systems for mass production.This manufacturing capability gives Meccano the unique advantage to o�er competitive pricing and shorterdelivery times.
