NEW RIBBONTo change the RIBBON go to 3D materials panel andfollow the magenta dots. At level (2) change texture map colorat level (03) texture bump, to increase bump intensity you can change from 1 to 10

MEDAL FACEYou can find three medals one per each metal - Gold, Silver, BronzeUse the reference map(2) to place correctly your medal, the final picture should be a black/white picture(3) To raise up or down a surface, white will raise up the surface and black will pull down, you can use grey tones to simulate several levels.
If you want to use both in same surface, embossing and debossing, you should use a grey color 50% black for the flat surface.
You can control intensity 1>10
You should also blur for better results

CHANGING FLOOR COLORSSelect FLOOR(1), DIFFUSE - OPEN TEXTURE(2) replace by your picture.To REMOVE the FLOOR, set OPACITY level to zero(4)

FINISHING 1To finish customization go to the render settings and change quality to RAY TRACED FINAL...Wait same minutes to see the final result, if you are not happy, change render quality to interactive and start customization again
